Justin Lynch is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and Johns Hopkins University. He served as an active-duty Army infantry officer before transferring to the Army National Guard. His writing focuses on technology’s impact on national security, workforce development, and counterinsurgency. As a civilian, he has served as House Armed Services Committee staff, as a director of research and analysis at the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, and as a policy advisor on artificial intelligence at the Office of Science and Technology Policy.
