Dr. Sandeep Mulgund is a highly qualified expert senior advisor to the deputy chief of staff for operations (AF/A3). He is leading efforts in AF/A3 to support the evolution of air component approaches to planning, execution, and assessment to address the challenges of the future operating environment. His areas of focus include command and control, operations in the information environment, and agile combat employment. Dr. Mulgund has a PhD in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton, and a BASc in engineering science from the University of Toronto.
