DESCRIPTION:Lt. Gen. Scott Miller is currently the commander of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). He has commanded at every rank from captain to lieutenant general\, to include combat tours in Somalia\, Afghanistan\, and Iraq\, as well as support for contingency operations in Bosnia and Latin America. Prior to his arrival at JSOC\, Lt. Gen. Miller was the commander of the United States Army Maneuver Center of Excellence.
