Join the University of Chicago’s Chicago Project on Security and Threats for its fifth annual Hagel Lecture today at 6:00 p.m. EDT. Former Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel will be joined by Kurt Campbell, deputy secretary of state from 2024 to 2025, to discuss US strategy in Asia and the implications of the war in the Middle East. The discussion will be moderated by Professor Robert Pape.
